Swipestorm was founded by Nathan Catapano, a former Chick-fil-A® Team Leader, driven by his passion for programming and his desire to solve problems he encountered in his everyday life. What started as a simple task of customer recovery at the restaurant turned into a revelation for Nathan.
Given the responsibility of ensuring that unsatisfied customers left the restaurant with a remarkable experience, Nathan faced a messy and outdated process. A binder filled with handwritten notes, complaint forms, and crumpled receipts made it nearly impossible to efficiently document and resolve guest issues.
Nathan's programming skills came to the rescue. He approached the leadership team with an idea: what if he created an app to streamline the process and improve customer satisfaction? This app would not only make documenting and resolving guest issues easier, but it would also provide valuable insights into their operations. It could identify root causes of any issues, help them implement effective training strategies, and continuously improve the overall process.
Nathan's Chick-fil-A® restaurant became the first customer of this game-changing app, now known as Restore by Swipestorm. From there, Swipestorm was born with a mission to redefine restaurant management for the digital age. Our tailored digital solutions replace outdated paper-based methods and cookie-cutter apps, providing restaurant owners with clarity in their operations and managers efficiency in their daily tasks.
